Malaysia Reits – There are 18 REITs listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange (KLSE), which can be divided into 5 categories: retail, industrial, office, diversified, and hospitality, Healthcare

The Malaysian REIT must comply with the Security Commission Reits Guildline, which features:

  • 90% profit must be distributed to avoid corporate tax
  • Most REITs funding must be invested in properties for the purpose of collecting rent
  • 50% gearing ratio limit
  • In recent years, the security commission has modified the reit guideline, basically allowing REITs to build industries without the need to purchase from a third party (limited to 15% of the total assets of the reit) and allow REITs to lease land for the construction of rent-based industries

REITs To Monitor 15oct2020

昨天,小编长期关注的两只Malaysia REITs下滑至重要的support价位,分别是IGBREIT(5227.KLSE) 以及Alaqar (5116.KLSE) 先看看IGBREIT,在政府宣布CMCO(conditional movement control operation)后,股价马上跳水,从顶点RM1.90一路回调至RM1.66,似乎还找不着support,无论如何,今天来到一个关键support RM1.66,看图下: RM1.66为MAY 2020的support,若跌破RM1.66,下一个support将落在RM1.55,也就是三月的低点,希望不会跌破。以IGBREIT的基本面,只要疫情过去,绝对有能力恢复。 至于Alaqar,跌幅达5.22%,从RM1.37直线下滑至RM1.26,非常吓人,而RM1.26则是Mar的最低点,最终守在RM1.27,这当然是Alaqar关键support。 从2Q2020的季报,可以看到的是Covid 19对Alaqar是祸不是福,姐妹公司KPJ收益下滑,最终Alaqar也给予Rental Rebate,这次covid归来,对Alaqar负面影响不言而喻,充分表现再股价上。 若您对以上两只REITs有信心,目前的价位相当诱人。 更多有关Alaqar的详情,当然关注它的专页CLICK HERE 更多有关IGBREIT的详情,当然关注它的专页Link text ...

Delist of AHP
